Ive called 10 times in the last 5 minutes! Why isnt anyone answering?

If you’ve been to our store you know that guests in the store take priority over a ringing phone. It allows us to customize and personalize each experience for each person. Other times we simply cant get our hands out of a tank and dried off fast enough to answer the phone.

Be patient and please leave a message. We try to call everyone back the same day but unfortunately sometimes it takes a little longer. For short quick questions, feel free to message us on Facebook! A lot of times its faster than waiting for us to be able to get to the missed phone call list.
